Default pieceing together a turbo kit?

i have a 99 civic ex. i want to put a turbo on it. i have already bought a t3/t4 turbo, turbo manifold and down pipe, piping that runs to the intercooler, intercooler. i need to know what i need to make this work.
i also don't really understand how to set it all up. on the manifold the is a little pipe comeing off the side what goes there.

the pipe coming off the manifold is for an external wastegate. you will also need your oil feed/return lines, vacuum tubing, a blow off valve, larger injectors, possibly an SMC or S-afc or hondata to idle the larger injectors (i have a friend running vtec lude injectors that are 310's with no problems, but those might not flow enough for your demands with a turbo that big)...and if you dont get a hondata a MSD BTM would be a very good idea...
