anyone from the Phoenix area know anywhere i can get my jdm motor to pass smog?? or can someone get it passed for me and ill pay money for gettin it passed and give how much ever it costs to get it passed illegally or legal.

 

Unfortunately for you, AZ emissions tests are only done at a few state approved test centers, unlike California where every mom and pop gas station does them.. On the 96+ cars, they basically just need to pass the scantool test, which, in your case, may require you to use a US ecu and hook up a few more sensors..

 

well if they use a scantool to test it, will it even work if i have a OBD1 ecu instead of OBD2 ecu??bcuzz my motor is a OBD1 and my ecu is OBD1
