painting brakes
I am planning on painting my brake calipers in the front. Is it possible to paint the visible side of a drum brake just for looks? Or would that not work?

What type of paint would I use on these? And would I have to disassemble the drum from the hub if I do this?
About how long should I let them dry for? I heard 24hours, is this true?

If you're going to paint them I personally prefer they be painted black so they aren't noticeable. Others prefer to show off the stock drums though which is something I don't think I'll ever understand.

+1
why show off something so ugly?
wel back on track you can use any high temp paint or just use the break paint from any auto store. Make sure you clean the caliper and drum first
