Default p30 ecu question

anyone know the difference between the usdm and jdm p30 ecu's

i got both and i cant tell the difference ---- help me out

b16 - R pistons
jdm 4-1
kn drop-in
delly intake tube
test pipe
stock crap can

anyone shed some light on this?

speed limiter on the JDM .. all table maps are the same. If there is a physical difference in size then the JDM(if it is smaller) is harder to reprogram, only I can reprogram it

Use the USDM P30, the speed limiter is gay if you're plannin on goin over 130 and can't read codes from it if you need to diagnose ur motor.

In stock form the JDM P30 SUCKS in comparison to a US P30 --
but if you get a JDM P30 reprogrammed to Mugen spec, then the JDM P30 is just as good as a Mugen chipped P28/US P30/etc ECU.

PS: greg isn't the only one who can reprogram a JDM P30 ECU - I can too!!!
