Default p28 question

K i have an 99 gsr obd2. I wanna put in hondata s300. I found a site through ht to buy a p28 obd1 ecu. As far as i know that is the ecu of choice for the conversion. The question i have is other than installing the s300 chip and buying a obd2-obd1 harness is there anything else i have to do to the ecu to run with my setup?

if you are running a stock gsr IM you need iab support, and for the OBD2 iabs, it sends a different polarity signal im pretty sure so that would need to be converted in the p28... and you need an OBD2b-OBD1 harness
