p06 auto to manual mod.
I have a 93 cx hatch that I did a d15b7 engine swap to and had to get a p06 ecu, so I found one in the bone yard but it was out of an automatic car. so of course the engine light was on with codes 41 (o2 heater) and 19 (tcc solenoid), I put a heated o2 in it and wired that up which did away with that code. But I still had the 19, so I ohm'd out the tcc solenoid that I had lying around and went to radiocrack where I got two 15ohm resistors which I soldered inside the computer to one between pin 17&ground and the other between pin 19&ground of the 26 pin connector. Fixed the problem! NO MORE LIGHT!!! if you have any questions feel free to ask.

if you went to that extent why not just remove RP17 and jumper RP18?
Depending on how the two 15 ohm resistors are wired, 12V is going to result in 5 watts of power at best (23 at worst) which will heat up pretty fast.
do it the way I mentioned above, you will have zero heat build up and no CEL19.
but I do give credit for the thought process. Most people are afraid to jump into the electrical aspect of cars, especially ECUs.
