Default overheating problems.please i need some help

ok i replaced the thermostat, flushed the engine, raplaced the blown head gasket and the damn engine is still getting realy hot.it will run cool for about 5to 10 min then the heat will rise quickly.so i let it cool down and pulled of the rad. cap, i let it run for a little bit and then steam and coolant start spewing out of the cap, it does that for a little bit then it stops and in a little bit it does it again. so i don't know if the thermostat is bad again, the cap is bad,the water pump is bad,or at the worst the head or the block is cracked.i realy need some help i am stumped.any info is great.
