ostrich 2.0

ok so i just got my ostrich 2.0 and i can not get it to read ecu i cant get online with the ecu... is there a software that i need in order for the computer to read the ostrich?? im using windows vista if that makes a difference...

We had the same problem with my car when ostrich 2.0 just came out. Are you running the newest crome?

just the basic crome i just down loaded crome like a week ago...

Did you install the FTDI drivers and software for the Ostrich before you plugged it in?
