Default organic disk vs stock disc

What are the benefits of organic clutch compared to the stock disc other than holding power? I have heard it helps retain heat better and last longer but am not 100% on the validity.

From what I remember stock clutch discs are organic. Its just some of the aftermarket performance organic discs have more lining than the oem ones.....The pressure plate is where the holding power is at. A good pressure plate mated to a good disc can yield awesome results.

They are. Aftermarket organic discs are generally modified stock discs.
