Opinions on Vtec fuel tuning controllers...
I have talked with a couple of people that say the A'Pexi and Fields Vtec controller is to far advanced for an engine with just the basic I/H/E mods. What do you guys think? Would I be better off going with something like the JR VPAC or something similar? Please help me out. I would like to lower the changeover point on my Accord so I can get better go (obviously, lol). Please leave your opinions, but please be kind about it.
Thanks!
Thanks!
too far advanced? not by far...If you want to play around with your vtec crossover..those will work perfect..(I dont rec fideling with your fuel without a wideband though)also lowering your vtec will not necessarily give you more horses or torque, in fact it might kill your power depending on where you set it...There are alot of ways to making power you just have to find whats in your budget..
The Field SFC-VTEC is simple and gets the job done, but the VAFC has more "stuff". The VAFC is a little more money, so you get what you pay for.
