opening up the engine...
I don't wanna sound stupid or anything but i have a few questions.
My car is suffering from a mild case of piston slap, and it's VERY annoying. I don't have enough for a b18 yet, but it's coming...
Also, mechanic fees are very high and with the proper tools, how long would it take me to get inside there and remove the old pistons, with new ones? do i need any "special tools"? anything i should know about?
I have basic knowledge on how things work, and my dad is well uh, better then me knowing his stuff.
Any information is appreciated, thanks!

You need lots of special stuff... piston ring gappers, piston install tools... it's above what I'd try by myself
But if you're dad's really good with cars, then maybe you could both tackle it together??
