I have a 98 Civic EX with ~200k miles on it. Hondas are known to live long but... wow. This one still runs great. 
(not including the exhaust + rust = problem... it's going to be changed some day)
But soon, when it dies eventually, I want to upgrade the engine to a B-series. About how much would this cost, and what exact engine should I get? Or what should I look for?
And would I have to change the transmission? It's a five-speed manual.
