Default oil tube

alright i got my block back from the machine shop and im starting to assemble it. its a 95 B18b, now theres a metal tube about an inch and a half long that screws into the block near the #3 cyl. and it has a hose that goes to the oil breather tank and its a 14mm socket, know what im talking about? well im screwing it into the block and its getting really tight, but i can see about half the threads still, i looked in the helms and it doesnt have any torque specs to tighten it to, i dont want to over tighten it and have it break off into the block, it looks like it wont leak, what are some of your sugestions? or does anyone know how much to torque down to? thanks
