Oil on spark plug cylinder 4

When I pulled the old plug out. . .it had oil all over it. This was the only plug that was like this. . .what could this be?

Could be just a bad sparkplug hole vavle cover seal. Check piston top with flashlight to see if the other cylinders look any different.

Oil below the thread - I feel bad for ya'.
Oil above the thread, change yo valve spark plug gasket - less than a 10 10 220. Well, I guess you might want to change your valve cover gasket since you will be opening it up, might as well replace em' all above head...
