Take the valve cover off and where the sparkplug holes go there are Spark plug grommets. Lots of times those grommets are busted and allow oil down in the sparkplug hole. Go get a Valve cover gasket kit and they will come in there. Takes maybe 5 minutes to do this.

Could be a bad gasket, just go to honda and buy a valve cover gasket kit (i think thats what its called) and you will get spark plug gaskets also. Change em all.

i had to change the gromets last week in my accord, not hard to do at all. i just used paper towels to soak up the oil before i took out the plugs, you'll exhaust will smoke for a while its normal since some of the oil will get in. goodluck
