Default Oil pan bolt question....HELP

Ok.. this doesn't have to do w/a Honda, but I don't feel like signing up on a BMW board:

I was changing the oil on my girls BMW 525i and when I went to put the oil pan bolt back in, but it wouldn't tighten... so I backed it out and what do ya know? -the bolt broke off into the oil pan. So now what do I do?? Drop lower suspension and take off the oil pan to get the rest of the bolt out?? How bad of an idea would it be to just jam a new bolt in there and force the remains of the orignal bolt into the oil pan? Heh..

I hate German cars..

know anyone with an Arc welder? clean the remains of the bolt off and "Stick" a welding rod onto it then back it out, or get a left hand drill bit and start drilling it out, if you get lucky it'll back out onto the drill bit. When you get it fixed drive it to the nearest car lot and trade it for anything.

Yea.. I HATE this car: '94 525i w/210k on it. It's the most uncomfortable ride ever.. feels like a tank.
