Default Oil Filter Holder B18B

I bought a B18B1 block not too long ago but it seemed it didn't have a oil filter holder (part #90015-PH1-013 ), does anyone know how to install these or the torque specification for it?
It's the part in this diagram that I circled in blue (15).

torque on.
if comes looose when switching out filters then jus tighten it agian.
if you get a #12 part in your diagram from a diff b18 block you can do away with it and just put the filter onto the cooler.

I used the oil thread adapter from a sandwich plate to tighten it down. I also used a light coat of sealant on the threads.

You are making it seem like the oil cooler setup is a bolt on setup.

You can use the oil cooler on the b18b but modifications will have to be made for it to work properly.

i'm guessing all you will need extra are parts #11,12, and 19 with a coolant line tapped into the cooler?

Those plus tapping the block and getting the fitting, coolant pipe, cooler hoses.....not exactly rocket science but it would take some time. if you mess up when you tap the block you will have to get a custom fitting and go bigger.

speaking of tapping the block, i tried putting in the oil filter holder with a oil filter onto it and started torquing it down, it didn't fully flush so i stated to loosen it and the part got stuck into the oil filter and I looked to see that the threading in the block is a little stripped, would it be best to re-tap the block or just trash it =[? ****

There is a little section of non threaded area (atleast on the ones ive bought) use a little loctite on the threads into the block, thread it in by hand and snug it up the last bit with channel locks on the non threaded part.
