Default oil in dist. cap?

whats up guys? posting this for a friend. hes got a h22 in a 93 accord. about every month or so when he removes the dist. cap he finds oil in it(bad seal?). he replaced the dist. three times since then and the same thing keeps on happening. i know the dist. hes buying are rebuilt but could all of them have bad seals? is this a common occurence? any good fix you guys know of? TIA

there should be a seal that you will have to put in. an o ring that should seal everything up. maybe the rebuilt ones are just junk as well..

theres 2 seals, and o ring for the outside and a seal for the dist shaft.
if hes finding oil inside of the dist then the shaftseal is not sealing most likely
