Default oil blowing in engine bay

i have a 91 ls integra and recently my engine has been smoking, white and i think blue smoke. i have checked the compression and it was 180 175 180 180. for like the past 2 weeks there has been oil spraying into the engine bay. I think it is spraying from the the black box that the pcv hooks to. It is a new pcv, but the side that hooks into the box is the wrong size of something.

the pcv has been unhooked i guess for about 3500 miles. i didnt know.

need some opinions.

and yes i have searched for about 3 days

was thinkin it was either Head gasket, rings, or valve seals.

someone help.

Pretty sure that its not the rings compression is pretty good on the LS . I would hook the pcv back up it is designed to help releave the crank pressure.

I had the same problem with mine. Sorry I didn't read the whole thing. What was happening with mine was I was building up to much crank pressure and the only place it had to go was out of the valve cover. I put a breather kit on it from Endyn and since have had no problems, theres a link at the bottom if ya wanna check it out.

Not a catch can, that just catches oil. The breather kit actually screws into the back to the block in different locations and replaces the breather box to releave the pressure I put in on my LS on boost
