I did my shifter bushings with the Energy Suspension ones and they DO NOTHING. All they do is replace TWO bushings on the shift linkage that dont even move. Unless yours are cracked or torn, dont waste your money on them like I did.
My dumbass couldve bought the sway bar bushings for cheaper and actually noticed something.

Just finished doing the rear and passenger side mount inserts and woah did it make a big difference.
I did notice slightly more vibration, but not much rattling as I thought I would get. Launching, I get less wheel hop (its still there though!! arggh), and when I shift at redline, I can start speeding up much faster. Less of a lag between shifts.
I highly recommend, best $35 ever spent. I didnt notice anything when I had just the passenger side in though.

got a master bushing kit fitted to my eg civic totally tightened the car up would recommend it for any eg,
i have heard bad things about the trail arm inserts that with no flex in the rear it has a habit of hopping under hard cornering can anybody confirm this
