bushings question please give some feedback if you have time
Hi i just bought a skunk2 Dual Bend Short Shifter for my 1997 hx, and i am wondering what Bushings to get because i really don't know which ones are good or if their is any performance ones or high quality, i just dont know, and if i could buy them at a store instead of online, thanks

Energy Suspension is what's common, I have and I like. You can get them in a store.. if you live in Cali or something. The auto parts stores usually only carry them for domestics.

The only aftermarket bushings im aware of are, Energy suspension, prothane motion control, and megan hard bushings. Im upgrading to prothane personally.

I wanted to be different and went with the stiffer prothane bushings.
They slid on easier than the es bushings do and feel better when driving IMO.
it's all personal preference. I want to try out some aluminum bushings now.

^^ I agree, even though I have Energy Suspension Shifter Bushings. But I recently bought some motor mount inserts. The ES ones are not as stiff as the prothane. The prothane is like a rock.

are you comparing the motor mount inserts or the shifter bushing.
i currently have es bushings and and they are pretty hard, but i wouldn't compare it to a rock. it would be a bit exaggerating.
