Default Odd trouble code (OBDII)

My check engine light is on, and the code I get with my Autotap is P0108 - Voltage Out of Range. The problem is, this code isnt listed in my Helms Manual, which leads me to believe its a generic code. Ive searched on the internet for it, and it seems this code can mean different things depending on the manufacturer. Has anyone else seen this code, or have any ideas about where to start looking to fix it. I should also note that this code came up after a timing belt change. The car starts and runs fine, even idles properly, but when the CEL comes on, it runs pretty bad, and the idle speed hovers around 500 or so. Ive checked and rechecked the timing marks per the manual, but the code keeps coming back. Thanks in advance!

Do you have the electronic verson of the your helms?

I find that if you do a search for the p code in your manual, it will generally return hits that would usually be hard to find.
