Default Odd idle problems.

Yes. yet another idle prob.

B16A
I/H/E
CTR cams, skunk2 cam gears
Mugen ECU

Very erratic idle, when I put in the clutch the tach needle will dip almost to 0, then "catch itself" and bump back up to around 900, then settle down to around 600. (make sense?) The idle screw is all the way in, and it didn't effect the idle at all, I'm thinking my timing belt is off a tooth. Any ideas?
