I use the royal purple 75w90. it has a limited slip additive in it. it worked very well for me in my street car with type r lsd.

i believe the royal purple 75w90 is a GL-5 spec. tranny fluid. honda transmissions call for a GL-4 spec. tranny fluid.

after doing a little more research i found that royal purple is safe for GL-4 spec. transmissions.

10-30w mobil 1 and change your oil every 2000 miles. If you are running it's hard all the time.

not really when you think about it. the more times you do it the less oil that breaks down in hte car the more protection in there .
so if the car always has clean oil then that is on less problem with the car.
i know this was for tranny oil but i thought i would throw my two sense in
my old car i used 0w30 . if you want expensive try that every 2000 miles
