Default ODB Code on 1996 Honda Accord

Hi, everyone.

My engine light on my 1996 Accord LX (4 cyl) came on so I went to Advanced Auto and hooked up their OBD handheld to my car and got the following result:

O2 Sensor Heater
Circuit Malfunction
Bank 1 Sensor 2

I changed the O2 sensor on this car about 2 1/2 years ago, so I don't know why it went bad again, if that's even the case.

I bought another O2 sensor that I haven't installed yet, but I don't understand why it's saying "Bank 1 Sensor 2". Are their two O2 sensor on the car and if so which should I change?

Also, can anything else be causing this as a false reading?

Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT:

I just came across someone's post from 2009 who had the same problem, but it was "Bank 1 Sensor 1", and the responder said that it was their "primary" sensor... The diagram they posted showed the one that I replaced 2 1/2 years ago, at the front of the manifold. So, that leads me to believe that there is a secondary? If so, can someone tell me where that's located?
