Default 2005 Accord LX 4cyl O2 Sensor Questions

Hi all,

I have a 2005 Honda Accord LX 4cyl that has the check engine light on.

I connected a scanner to it, and read the code: "P0141" which the scanner interpreted as: "O2s Heater Circuit Malfunction 1/2"

Now, I assume this means bank 1 sensor 2? But I'm not entirely sure (and I don't even know what bank n sensor n means). My questions are:

1). Which sensor is it telling me is bad? The upstream sensor, or downstream sensor?
2). Where exactly are they located on this model? (I've found a lot of pictures but its hard to differentiate exactly which one applies to this car with this engine.)
3). Is a "Denso" brand sensor okay to replace with?

Thanks!
