Default OBD2A & OBD2B sensors

I need to know what sensors OBD2B has, that OBD2A does not have.

Reason: I am swapping a 2000 B18C5 (USDM) into a 1998 Civic CX hatchback, with a 1996-98 EX harness (for ease of wiring). i need to know the answer to the above question so I know what sensors I don't need to hook up, but still be able to get an emmisions test.

Thanks!

If you want to pass emmisions, then you need to satisfy what your ECU is looking for.

What ECU are you using?

only thing i can think of off the top of my head is that the 99+ obd2 uses a tach signal from the ecu not the dizzy like the 96-98 obd2.

I believe all of the sensors between OBD2a & OBD2b US engines are the same.

You should be fine using the 98 ITR ecu on your 00 B18C5, just make sure you're running all of the 00 B18C5 emissions crap and you should be set...
