OBD2 to OBD1 harness u have to switch what???
I have a 99 si want to use honda i got a P72 ecu and a skunk2 harness for the conversion do i have to use a OBD1 distrubutor??? and what else???? do i use?

yes just take out your ecu and plug in the harness and ecu
