Default obd0 to obd1

I'm doing a conversion on a crx and having problems .
It's a fully built ls-r with a turbo . Ican't get the car to rev pass 3 k rpm
It would sputter like the distributor wires are hooked up wrong .
I double checked the wires and did all the things that need to be done and yet still want run right . Any help would be great .

Thanks

If you have a solid check engine light as well, your ecu is bad. The 3000 rpm rev limit is the ecu running off the back up maps, which is also why it runs crappy. It's retarding the timing and putting a lot of fuel into the motor.

Looks like bad ecu week here on H-T...

Doubtful but, hey who knows?

Lo,
What Conversion harness are you using? I have done a few obd0-1 conversions and have gotten pretty good at troubleshooting them. Give some info on the exact wiring and I can probably figure it out. You are using an OBD1 dizzy right?
