obd0 b16 code 4 can't fix
I haven't really found any information that has helped me fix my problem so I'm hoping a new thread will help me.
I have a 91 CRX HF with an obd0 b16 swap. I had this swap in my 90 civic and it ran fine. I switched the motor over to my CRX and it's now giving me code 4. I have swapped out the dizzy for a new one (91 LS with the ear cut off) and that didn't fix it. The b16 dizzy CKP measured at 360 ohm and the LS dizzy CKP measured at 385 ohm. I've swapped out the ECU for a known good one and that didn't fix it. I've continuity tested the C1 and C2 wires to the dizzy and those tested out fine. What am I missing? The car runs fine, it just throws the code and puts the car into limp mode.

I have a very similar isssue, I have heard the CPS is near the timing belt near the water pump, and ive also heard its in the dizzy, but I just got a re man dizzy and Im still getting code 4
Yea, it's definitely in the dizzy. The only thing I guess thats left for me to try is to return this one and try another one and see if i got another bad one out of the box. I was hoping something else could've been going on since it didn't seem like the dizzy was bad. It tested within the correct Ohms, the ecu has been ruled out and the wiring has been ruled out.
Did you ever get yours fixed. I put my dizzy in my friends car and it ran fine with no codes being thrown. I am completely baffled as to what is going on.

I did, ended up taking it somewhere, they found a few wires disconnected at the ecu, it may be the same with yours, I will get on later and let you know what pins were disconnected on mine.
I finally found my problem yesterday. I was using my old rywire wiring that I had in my civic before the swap for dpfi to mpfi. The crx did not need that wiring done for the swap and needed to change wires in b10 and b12. Never thought about it before. But that headache is finally over.
