Default obd question?

I have a 89 honda civic sedan , d15b2.. im wondering what type obd is this 0,1,2 i dont know ,, I bought a motor swap for this civic the motor is a d16z6 vtec.. just wondering what type this is to .. i was told it will bolt right up ...also what will i run into when I start to wire it up... can anyone tell me what i might need to do this...I know its a small motor , I'm not trying to go big right yet ... i got the motor for only $30 ...... Thanks People

your civic is OBD0, the motor you're getting is OBD1 or OBD2 depending on what year it is. 92-96 = OBD1, 97-up = OBD2.

your going to have to make a custom harness for the 4 injectors andcrank position i think wire blu/yel and blu/gre and add vtec and vtec pressure and you will need an obd1 jumper harness if you want vtec if you dont go obd1 you witt have to modify a 90 si distrubitor and use a rpm activated switch for the vtec
