just got done installing a stage 2 comp cam. engine is running and idleing fine. whats weird is my redline seems to have dropped down to 6000, 5500 if im under load, vtec does kick in for all of 5 to 6 hundred rpm.

my cam is set to 0. my engine is at 16 degrees but my distributor is fully retarded... thats where im stuck and lost... anyone have any ideas what i did or maybe didnt do. thanks in advance.
