Default noob question for grinding noise

everytime i push in the clutch it makes this grinding noise, also at the point where it engages all the way to release. My tranny fluid has been dripping from time to time (just a few drops 2-3), do i just need to change my tranny fluid or is the problem something else?

Either a clutch problem or the throwout bearing is shot.. After that I would say its a problem internally in the tranny.. Where is the tranny fluid dripping from on the trans?

sounds like a throwout bearing..

they will make noise for a while before they completly fail.

how long has it been since you replaced the clutch?
