Default Tranny problem need help guys thanks

I changed the clutch release bearing and apparently that wasnt the problem. The transmission fluid had alot of metal particals in it. all the gears work fine, the clutch works fine, it just makes a grinding noise inside the tranny when you start going or are sitting in nuetral with the clutch depressed. It sounds like a bad bearing inside the transmission. Also, will a 92-95 hydro tranny fit without any modifications?

Car is a 1999 civic DX Stock engine.

THANKS

Now that the search feature is working....seems like it could be the input shaft bearing
