noob question
drive a 94 prelude si
the bearing on my a/c compressor seized up and i need to remove the compressor and replace the bearing and possibly the clutch...there is a huge plastic shield blocking the bottom and i have to go through the alternator and some other **** to get to it from the top...what's the best way to go about doing this? thanks

take everything in your way off,
installation is the reverse of removal...

BTW - i prefer to go in from unerneath, but you will need to work from both the top and bottom...

im having trouble getting the alternator off...i got the wires off and the bolt out of the bracket on top but its either wedged in there really well or there are more bolts holding it in.. i cant really see what to do from the manual's diagrams
it is held in by hte force of the lower brackets bushing...
you need to stick a large screwdriver or pry bar inbetween and wiggle it to give it some space...
it should come out fine once you do that
