Default noisy valvetrain?

okay heres the problem... my valve are pretty noisy but i have adjusted them 2 times already and still same noise. now i have Ferrea valves/crower springs/retainers/ and 403-2 cams.. is it normal for aftermarket valve train to be noisy?? the cam spec say to adjust to .006 and .008 and thats what they are adjusted to.. any ideas??? now the way im adjusting the valves is by putting the piston at top dead center, would it make a difference if i instead just made the cam lobes point up on the cylinder im adjusting??? any help greatly appreciated??oh and this is on a b20.. non vtec thanks

Just make sure that the cam lobes point up for the cylinder that you are adjusting.
