Default No VTEC - troubleshooting

Well my car has been running great since I have got the new motor in, just a quick descrip.

GSR w/skank2 intake mani and FF Special 1 ECU. VTEC was working for at least over a month, lately I have been getting flashes from the oil light, indicating low oil pressure. I know VTEC doesnt engage when there is low oil pressure, so what could be some things I can look for to solve the problem.

I thought it could be a dent in the oil pan, as I bottom the car out in a DEEP pothole, but that was about a week and half ago and this just started happening about 3 days ago.

FYI - Oil Light comes on when I take a turn sharply or pull a circle (colldisack)...Also seeing if my VTEC was working, i took the car to 7Kish, VTEC is set at 5700, I heard no crossover and at 7K the car shook violently (bog)??
