Default no compression in all 4 cylinders

I have a 05 accord time chain in tact cams are rotating new battery plugs air filter and oil car won't start did compression test in all cylinders no compression at all help

Timing chain is off or valves are bent. Confirm cams and crank line up at TDC.

Who adjusted the valves? If you turn the crank (with a socket wrench), you should feel compression or lack their of, by hand. Are you sure the compression tester is any good? Some times they have bad fittings that can leak. With the spark plug out you should be able to hear the compression.
