I just recently got a Zex kit from a buddy i traded a sound system with.....I installed it today and when it came down to programing the Zex Box(purple box) the red light is supposed to flash but it doesnt.. I have the black wire to a ground, the white wire hooked up to my tps sensor, the red wire hooked up to a switch and the switch to my battery...The switch is sum cheap walmart switch..is that the problem...i didnt get the switch with the kit because he lost it and i just bought a cheap one....Am i supposed to run a fuse to the switch as well? and one more question does any one know the jet size for a 35 shot and 55 shot i know the 75 is 0.38 and i dont want to run 75 on my stock motor....Thanx H-T

 

Make shure you have the right wire on the TPS. Search on ZEX.com for installation programming.

 

the 75 shot is fine on a stock car, just retard the timing and run premium. but you also have to "program" the zex box. DL the instructions. and the tps wire you need is the middle one at the sensor
