Default Nitrous Question

Can I take my NOS kit #04430 that it rated for 80 to 225hp and jet it down to a 35 shot safely. Reason is, is that I am already running a turbo and I just want a little more power in the low end.

Thanks!

Well ya smart guy if it was that easy I would have done that! I have talked to the tech guys at Holley and they have said it can’t be done. That’s why I am asking the question here, because with all the experience that is suppose to be on this forum, I was hoping someone else may have run across this at sometime and had found a solution.

Once again I am just looking for the jet combo size that will work to bring it down to a 35-40 shot.

Any help would be great!

Thanks!

sorry man i didn't look to see what that kit was first. I think the only way for you to get this kit down to lower power would be to trade the nitrous and fuel injection parts with another wet kit's. Just wondering would you want to trade me for my 50 shot dry system? You could easily hookup the system to give more fuel on the bottle if you have a good fuel controller.

The only other option i can think of is if the jets of the motorcycle kits work but i'm guessing they wouldn't fit on the lines. You could get 1/2 power realy ghettoly by running 1/2 the nitrous to the intake and half to your intercooler and for fuel half sent to the fuel return line, or just blockt them off.

::EDIT:: i should really use spell check!

:::EDIT:::2:::

http://www.shopcranecams.com/dignitcon.html What about using one of these set to keep below say 50% or something. Really expensive new! but maybe a used one wouldn't be too bad.
