Default newb brake bleeding problems s2000

We installed project mu b force pads on the front of my buddies s2000. we then proceeded to bleed the brakes as you would if the pistons were back in and the caliper was assembled back into place and bolted down. the pistons actually came out of the caliper and we are wondering how you get the pistons back in the caliper. can we just push them back into place?

If i understand this correctly you pressure blead the brakes without putting the caliper back in place and bolting the saddle down? Well either way if the piston is out of the caliper you have to remove the caliper altogether. I use compressed air and with a ait nozzle spray where the banjo bolt would go in. With your other hand try to put the piston back in... this will seal the air and balloon the dust boot out. Once the dust boot has gone around the piston all the way you can push the piston back in place. I hope you understand , good luck.
