Wilwood Brakes Rebuild?
anyone know what consists of a brake rebuild? how much are the parts n what not, ive been using my wilwoods daily drivin on the street for about 3-4 years now, wondering if its time for a rebuild. they work and brake fine, just wondering thanks

It costs less than $20 to rebuild them. All you need is the caliper piston seals, not the body seals. Just remove the caliper, drain it thoroughly and blow out the pistons with compressed air (put a towel in the caliper to protect them). Then, clean the pistons, inspect them for wear, install the new seals and lube the pistons and reinstall. It can be a bit tricky; a small c-clamp is requisite.
DO NOT disassemble the two halves of the caliper. Call Wilwood, they will also tell you this is not necessary for a rebuild.
You only need to replace the piston seals if you are experiencing "sticky" pistons or poor pedal feel/performance.
