new motor worth it

a d16a6 with low milage, but needs a new thrust bearing. they want 100 bucks and i need a new one bad. is it worth it???

How bad is the thrust bearing? Check it first, if it scarred the main or the crank, you're going to be upside down in that motor.

this is just what i was told. i have not looked at it yet. wanted to see if it was even worth driving across town to see it

yeah i wouldnt wast my time..if it has a bad thrust bearing whos to say it doesnt have a bad rod/ main bearing.. dunno its up to you mang
