Default New here and to hondas as well

Although my car isn't a Honda i am going to be running a Honda ecu on my car and am currently building my harness which brings me to this forum.

Engine is a 20v 4age

I am using an OBD1 ecu and more than likely going to use Hondata to tune, my question is are any non engine related pins required for it to run correctly?

or a better question what are the only necessary pins to have an engine running?

this will be a track car so no other wiring is necessary.

thanks in advance

air- fuel- spark- timing. that is all you should need for it to run. It dont matter about CEL or anything like that. But if you plan on tuning it you may want to make sure you have as much stuff hooked up as possible.
