i just got a stage2 regrind cam for my sohc vtec also with adj. sprocket set at stock/ the middle and when i start it everything is coo but when i gas it, it chokes and dies out why? a buddy of mines advanced it a litte litte bit and then it just starts to fly and take off why cant this be normal to set back in the middle or a little bit retard?

 

anybody knows???

it could be lots of stuff...

It could be your ecu not supplying enough fuel for the new cams...
It could be your timing needing to be adjusted to the cam
It could be that the cam just runs better advanced.

I'm not sure exactly what you're saying so if that's not it then re-state a little more clearly.
