Intake duration 278 on the mid lobe or 233 when measured at .050"
Exhaust duration 280 on the mid lobe or 224 when measured at .050"

Intake gross lift .449 on the mid lobe
Exhaust gross lift .417 on the mid lobe

Did you measure those out yourself?

I haven't gotten a chance to do it myself yet.

The closest I've come is using the specs from the Hybrid Honda site and degreeing them in to those specs.

ok, so 233 when measured at .050 and 243 when measured at 1 mm lift? but we both agree that the total lift is 11.5 m? i need to know so i can have the valves adjusted correctly.

ok, i got the following: i know it's 18 degrees before tdc, 45 degrees after bdc, 11.5 mm lift, and 33 mm in diameter. but, what i need is to know the valve lash on the cam. if you know, let me know please!

Valve lash is pretty standard for VTEC cams. .006"-.007" IN and .007"-.008" EX. Even most aftermarket VTEC cams have share the same valve lash clearance.

He's right about the valve lash, and the specs I quoted earlier are from http://www.crower.com
