You dont need to adjust the valves. If you want just check them make sure there within specs (use regular honda specs)

But if you feel like double checking its
Intake .006-.007
Exhaust .007-.008

would a valve adjustment bring back some power cause i feel like my B16 is lagging?
What I am asking is whether you lose power if your valves are out of spec?

Re: (mugen si)
if the adjusters are badly out of spec it may make a difference in power. you definately want to check them any time the cam caps/valvetrain come up... might as well... more recently i have seen a lot of cars that run like crap because the ignition timing was off. maybe not your problem, but if you haven't checked it, you should.
