Need Some help an advice on my 94 Hatch.
Ooook So recently picked this car up after mine was destroyed in a Wreck, 94 civic Si hatchback with a B16a swap in it, no ac, ps, yadayada. My point being, at times my breaks do not work very well. the peddle will go all the way to the flood and brake a little, but its Very damp. .a buddy said it could be a vacuum leak but idk. .im going to bleed the brakes this weekend if that doesnt cure it im going to replace the master cylinder. .need some advice.

Brake pedal goes to the floor for many reasons:
1: air in the lines
2: wrong master/slave (piston size) relationship
3: misadjusted brake pedal
4: fluid leak somewhere
5: Fluid leaking past the cups in the master cylinder
A vacuum leak will make a normal brake system go very stiff, with very little stopping force.
