Default Tweaked ECU VS. AFC

Which, in your opinion, is the most cost efficent and effective; chipping the brain (or having a shop tune it) or just buying a Air Fuel Controller? I am asking because I own an eg6 on Okinawa and I cant import the car back to the US and I want to limit the mods to ones that I can bring back... no one likes hondas over here
Current mods consist of: I/H/E, test pipe, flywheel/clutch & CTR cams.

go with both, the chipped ECU modifies both your ignition curves and fuel maps, but the AFC will just change fuel mods.

i second that you can tweak your fuel map then further raise the fuel or lean out the fuel. the same with the spark.
