Default Need INFO ASAP!

Ok guys, got a lil problem! I just finished installing some(dsm) injectors and i took the car around the block. Well, i was almost home and i hadnt taken it above 4 yet so i was like ..well lets see how high it will go now and i get to 4.5 rpm(where my vtec engages) and the car jumped and just started to role. Well, i came to a stop and then my panal lit up like my engine cut off. And now it wont even start back up and i cant hear anything(like in the engine) to tell if it detonated. Like i said the whole car just kinda jumped. Please give me any kind of information as to what could have happened or what i need to do! Thanks!

dude start with basic troubleshooting

1) remove what you just installed
2) check for spark
3) check for fuel

the car not running has N O T H I N G to do with vtec.

remove the injectors you just installed and try your stock ones again.

kamin is right. check for fuel/spark first. did you change anything else when you put in those injectors?

i never said the car running has something to do w/ vtec..i just plainly stated that when the car kinda 'jumped' WHERE vtec is suppose to engage..and it has had something to do w/ vtec at that point! read a lil better next time! And dont try to talk to me like im completely stupid b/c the # of posts ive got...

why dont you re-read that again.
from what you said it sounds exactally like vtec caused the car to stop running. im not talking down to you because of the number of your posts, im talking down to you beuause you arent listening.

ok heres the deal about the lil 'vtec' part is it stalled when vtec was engaging..did you ever happen to think that the ECU just might have threw a code until full load for some reason? and NO VTEC ISNT THE REASON IT STOPPED RUNNING! i know this....re-read my original post...and by the way...its not fuel and ive got compression through all cylinders..and i KNOW now that it is spark...but what should i do?...get a new distributer w/ new wires? or what?

NO code the ECU will throw just kills the engine.

check your cap and rotor on the dist, thats the cheapest and most common things that break.
